With this mindset, we begin every search with a detailed fact-finding mission.

Step 1: Laying the Groundwork

We start by scheduling a meeting with the hiring manager to discuss all job details, requirements, pay structure, benefits, and the key selling points of the position. This understanding is crucial for creating effective marketing materials, including eye-catching graphics for social media and compelling job ads. Once these materials are ready, we distribute them widely, posting on job boards, sharing on social media channels, engaging in Facebook groups, and blasting them out to our extensive candidate database.

Step 2: Deep Dive Recruitment

This is where the real recruiting begins. The value of using a recruiter lies in expanding the candidate pool beyond those who respond to job ads. We employ various methods such as headhunting, gathering referrals, and networking. Additionally, we extensively search our database to identify candidates who closely match the job requirements. This stage involves creating a shortlist of potential candidates who are not only qualified but also a great fit for the company.

Step 3: Specialty Work

With a shortlist of candidates in hand, we move to the specialty work phase. This involves screening candidates, presenting the job to them, and preparing detailed submissions for the hiring managers that highlight why each candidate is an excellent fit. We also coordinate interviews, ensuring that both the candidates and the hiring managers are well-prepared.

Step 4: Final Checks and Offer Negotiation

The final stage is crucial and often overlooked. Here, we conduct background checks, driving record verifications, and reference checks to ensure the selected candidate is the right fit. After these checks, we negotiate the offer and remain on standby to ensure the candidate starts and stays in their new position.
