- Shift times vary, a candidate will work 2 weeks on and have 2 weeks off (half the year off) at well above Full-Time Pay
- 12-hour shift days, with overtime work starting after an 8-hour day
- Overtime Usually Paid on Weekends
- Average 2 Week Rotation Will Pay Out 80 hours at Regular Time and 84 Hours at Overtime (Time and a Half)
- Higher Than Average Base Pay
